R.H. Young, Inc. is a private investigation and process serving company headquartered in the heart of Southern California. We serve all of Orange and Los Angeles County. Our firm specializes in locating and serving legal documents on hard to serve witnesses and defendants. We also have years of in depth experience providing law firms and businesses with expert surveillance services.
R.H. Young, Inc. has been conducting and providing private investigation and process serving services for Californians, national, and international clients to include law firms, insurance companies, major corporations, small business, and individuals since 2003.
In 1997 our owner and lead investigator started his career working lengthy internal investigations for one of the largest & oldest private investigation firms in Southern California as an undercover investigator. Day to day activities involved in the case included identifying individuals trafficking narcotics, buyers of narcotics, and building a case against these suspects to rid them from the privately owned companies. Other assignments included identifying theft of goods, services, and cash from the same private companies.
Wide Range of Expertise
In 1999 our owner moved to the surveillance investigations department conducting insurance fraud investigations, employee theft surveillance, as well as domestic matters, including surveillance for infidelity and child custody matters. Therefore he is well versed in all aspects of stationary, mobile, and covert video surveillance equipment including GPS systems. Along with surveillance, he also learned the art of skip tracing utilizing the electronic world of computer databases to physical locates in the field.
Our owner is also a Registered Process Server with the County of Orange, allowing him to conduct service of process throughout the State of California. He specializes in the most difficult of service of process and has conducted operations to ensure successful service of process on celebrities, professional sport players, doctors, and high profile business persons.
Team Management Experience
Mr. Young’s vast experience includes complete surveillance team management, quality control of reporting procedures and case management, development of surveillance investigator training programs, industrial undercover investigations, special service of process, skip tracing and locating missing persons. He is also experienced in providing professional Superior Court and WCAB courtroom testimony.
